To develop short films which could seed Unity, integrity and solidarity among people of the country.

To integrate scattered short film makers, artists and technicians.

To portray the short film in proper perspective to people.

To honor and encourage   the short film makers and associates annually.

To create an opportunity for short film makers to participate in National and International level.

To conduct Workshops and lecture in colleges and universities, with an idea to create interest among student in developing short films.

To train students from all levels including village youth and women, who are interested in the art of short film development.

To create short films by involving downtrodden, handicap and abandoned people and help them by generated profits.

To create awareness to people using short films.

To create a good relationship among short film makers and public.

To use and operate the association income for the welfare of the structure, society and Country.
